With 2 years manufacturer’s warranty and magnetic reference / limit switches on all axles as well as milling spindle 1600 Watt, exhaust, 5-channel Microstep-control 5x 6 Ampère, 2000 Steps per rotation. Applied Motors have a performance of 6 Ampère and a maximum torque of 7Nm (700Ncm).

Presumably the Machines will be available with the following traverse size, the traverse height in Z will always amount to 250 mm (ideally suitable for the mould making and Rapid Prototyping):

RaptorX-1600: 1600x1000mm

RaptorX-2100: 2100x1600mm

RaptorX-3000: 3000x2100mm

We will offer extension modules for all types for the X-axle, e.g. in order to double or quadruplicate the traverse path in X.

All Machines are equipped with a steel frame-substructure, which is adaptable in the clamping area and therefore also allows to process, e.g. cabinets etc. up to a height of approx. 500mm. Thus, the passage height is approx. 500mm.

Possibility to extension by e.g. a tangential measurer or oscillating tangential measurer for cuttings in corrugated paper, cloth, foam plastics etc. 

The Machine slides are completely ball-rotating stored on all axles. We avoided to equip these Machines with cheap ball bearings by intention, as it has to withstand the long-term extraordinary stresses and strains of the industry. Rack-and-pinion gear on all axles care for fastest possible and at the same time exact movements.

So repeating accuracies of approx. 0,03-0,05 mm are assured. A higher accuracy during milling in MDF, plexiglass, plastics, aluminium or particle boards as well as cutting works on paper boards or flame cutting works with an electric torch is not reasonable at this machine size and field of application and only would make the machine more expensive without any benefit.
