Mr. S. B. Produces mainly professional displays made of Perspex with LED lighting in mass production. 

The result shown here is made of 1mm Perspex.  Therefore he has modified the machine (S1000) as follows:

3D opeartions in Perspex

Mr. M. Is specialized in the production of 3D-solid models made of blocks of perspex. All pieces are unique and function as negatives for building speakers.

The shown final result consists of 2 pieces with dimensions 200x200x100mm. Drill bits for production of prototypes with special lengths are used.

2D operation in Aluminium

Mr. B. produces alloy wheels and nuts for model cars (RC cars) made of sheet aluminium in various thicknesses.

Tests in MDF

The ‚coin’ is only 40mm in diameter, the horse has a size of approx. 10mm.  Unfortunately in this case the tool used was a little too wide, so that the writing did not turn out clean. Otherwise it is a fine object which mirrors the precision of the machine (S720).

The milling operation took around 20 minutes.  Milling was done with a 0.6mm burin with 18000 rpm.
