Magnetic reference / end switch on all axis as well as milling spindle 900 Watt, 5 channel Microstep-controller 5x 7 Ampere, up to 3200 steps per rotation (configured for 1600 teps/rotation). Optional 220 or 380 Volt connection !
Built in motors provide a strength of up to 9 Ampere and a maximum torque of 7Nm ( 700Ncm ).
All machines will be available with the following travers path, whereas the traverse height Z is always 300mm, which is ideal for rapid prototyping.
- RaptorX-1600: 1600x1000mm / weight machine ca. 760 kg
- RaptorX-2100: 2100x1600mm / weight machine ca. 970 kg
- RaptorX-3100: 3100x1600mm / weight machine ca. 1160 kg
We will offer extension possibilities for x-axis for all types in order to double or triple the traverse path in x-direction.
We can deliver this machine with an optional 1,4kw spindel ( 140-3000 rpm ) if desired with MK2, MK3 or SK30 at an approximately additional 2600 Euro.
All machines are designed with a steeltube exoskeleton which is adjustable in its height on two levels (see diagram, shown in orange). This also allows to process e.g. housings up to a height of 400mm. The clear opening is therefore 400mm. In the centre of approx. 1500mm length it is even possible to process pieces with a height of 800mm
incl. Windows WIN PCNC / XP milling and engraving software (3D solid modelling and relief are no problem)
Extendable with e.g. a tangential measurer or oscillating tangential measurer for cuts in corrogated cardboard, fabrics, foam etc, as well as a double-spindle adapter.
Machine slides are completely bedded in circular ball bearings on all axis. Purposely we have not used basic ball bearings like most of our competitors, whereas the machine is required to last high for a long time under the great demands of the industry.
Linear racks take care of fast and exact movements on all axis.
Hence a repetition precision of approx..+- 0,03-0,05mm is guaranteed. An even larger precision is not necessary when milling MDF, perspex, plastics, aluminium or plywood as well as undertaking cutting operations in cardboard or similar. With this size machine and its application and would only result in a much higher price.
