Ball nose end mill for signs & decoration

You can use the ball nose end mill from Amana Tool® for milling decorative elements on doors and sign making. The up-cut design leaves an excellent finish as the chips are lifted and quickly ejected upwards.

Ball nose end mills with ceramic coating

Our Spektra™ ball nose end mills feature a nACo® nanocomposite coating. That brings a high heat resistance, extreme nano-hardness and excellent gliding properties. These reduce the tendency to oxidation, increase the milling tool’s longevity and produce the highest milling results.

This nano-ceramic coating leaves a blue-violet tint on the cutting edge, which disappears immediately after the first use. However, this does not detract from the effect of the ceramic coating, which remains and ensures a cutting edge hardness that is 2.5 times higher than that of milling tools without a coating.
