Oscillating Tangential knife EOT-3 for cutting

The oscillating tangential knife EOT-3 is easy to operate with all of our CNC machines. It is perfectly suitable for precise cutting of sealing material, cork, leather and foamed material. While a powerful oscillation drive is moving a special blade up and down rapidly, the actuator turns the cutting device in the right direction.

The EOT-3 has an open interface and can, therefore, be operated with CNC devices from other manufacturers.

Modular two-cavity mould for oscillating tangential knife units:

For using the tangential knife units, we provide a multiple tool holder. The single holders are linear mounted and equipped with elastomeric end-of-stroke dampers. They can be advanced pneumatically or electronically. Combining the EOT-3 with the tangential knife module TCM-4 you can implement a lot of cutting applications without tool changer.

For various cutting jobs, we provide different blade geometries. All tools are made of top-quality solid carbide metal and they are precision-ground. Blade diameter: 6mm
