Our machines are manufactured to high-quality standards and are built for longevity. However, depending on usage and the materials processed, repairs may occasionally become necessary after many years. In these rare instances, we offer our repair service. Once you have transported your machine to us in Geldern, you will receive a cost estimate and can then decide how you wish to proceed.

Hassle-free technical service. An accident caused the X-axis on our High-Z S1400T to shift by almost 6 cm from side to side.
One phone call and a very competent conversation with instructions over the phone, and the machine was back up and running in 10 minutes.

I bought a CNC STEP S1000T. I'm very happy with the quality. No significant failures and if something doesn't go well, someone is always there and you get competent support. Thanks to Mr. Lutter who always had a solution to my problems 🤗

I own a High-Z S720T milling machine since 2018, and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. Yesterday, I had a small problem where I could no longer control the machine via my laptop. A quick call to CNC-Step, and a very friendly and competent employee logged in via TeamViewer and solved the problem within a few minutes. As I said, if you need quality and expertise, then CNC-Step is the way to go.
