Torus milling cutter with corner chamfers
These torus milling cutters are made from an exclusive ultra-fine micro-grain carbide and feature a 30° twist angle with a 45° corner chamfer for added strength, making the cutter’s main wear point more robust and protecting it.
Strength through AlTiN coating
This milling cutter has an aluminium titanium nitride (AlTiN) coating with an additional up-cut grinding for excellent cutting quality.

These Torus milling cutters are perfect for sign making. A particular grade of carbide from Amana Tool® combined with the AlTiN coating gives outstanding performance. The unique corner chamfer also gives the bits high strength.

CAUTION: Check the cutting quality and adjust feed and speed accordingly. Make sure you use the correct feed and speed according to the material of the workpiece to avoid damage.
We recommend using minimum quantity lubrication for spray mist or air cooling for optimum results and extended tool life.
