ConstruCAM-3D Online Help

Personalized Instruction
When purchasing a CNC machine from CNC-STEP, you receive personalized training on operating both the machine and the software. Our specialists guide you step by step to help you get the most out of your machine.
On-Site Training
Our trainings can take place directly at your company. This way, we adapt optimally to your infrastructure and production requirements. With a maximum of five participants per session, we ensure effective and personalized support.
Online Training
Our online training sessions are conducted at your computer via the remote support tool TeamViewer. With your permission, we connect from our location in Geldern to your PC and provide targeted software instruction. This modern training method also ensures practical learning.
Experienced Trainers and Real-World Content
Our trainers are experienced professionals in CNC manufacturing. They impart not only theory but also proven strategies and valuable tips for successfully applying the software in real-world scenarios.
Flexible Scheduling and Pricing
Our training sessions are generally billed at a fixed daily rate—transparent and easy to plan. Upon request, we tailor the scheduling to fit your operational workflow.

Hassle-free technical service. An accident caused the X-axis on our High-Z S1400T to shift by almost 6 cm from side to side.
One phone call and a very competent conversation with instructions over the phone, and the machine was back up and running in 10 minutes.
Top-notch customer support makes working with these machines a pleasure.

I own a High-Z S720T milling machine since 2018, and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. Yesterday, I had a small problem where I could no longer control the machine via my laptop. A quick call to CNC-Step, and a very friendly and competent employee logged in via TeamViewer and solved the problem within a few minutes. As I said, if you need quality and expertise, then CNC-Step is the way to go.
