Flow rate of up to 4.0 l/min with the water jet machine
Our waterjet can cut almost without loss with a constant pressure of 3800 bar. Furthermore, we can offer you two different drive motor versions for this CNC controlled machine. Flow rates of 2.0 – 4.0 l/min with an output of 15 kW or 30 kW are possible.
Water Jet Machine for stone and steel up to 150 mm
Due to the high quality of the individual components and the proven T-Rex-Servo-series, you can process materials such as stone, tiles, slate, concrete and steel quickly and precisely. And that up to a possible thickness of up to 150mm! Besides, robust construction allows carrying out low-vibration work effortlessly. Therefore, the processing of softer materials is also possible without difficulties.
Material processing without distortion
Since cutting with the waterjet machine is a cold cutting process, there is accordingly no distortion of the workpiece. Because the material is not subject to the effects of heat, waterjet cutting is ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
Waterjet with mechanical plunger pump
Furthermore, the plunger pumps from Hammelmann® used in our water jet machines are much more efficient than comparable systems using hydraulic pressure intensifier pumps.
Operating pressure of 3800 bar, a nozzle of 0.25 mm diameter and with different flow rates save up to about 36% kW. A further advantage of water jet cutting with the Hammelmann® high-pressure pump is the much greater ease of maintenance of the plunger pump.
