After all, we specially designed the waterjet series to offer smaller companies and medium-sized businesses the inexpensive option of purchasing such a machine. In this way, you can also expand your machine park with waterjet technology and offer a new type of production. Besides, there is the advantage of being able to plan, modify and work independently of contract manufacturers.
Our water jet combines proven T-Rex-Servo-series mechanics from CNC-STEP® with the most modern, innovative high-pressure technology developed over decades by HAMMELMANN® and ALLFI®. Regardless of whether for use in shift operation or single-part production. With this model of cutting machine, you always achieve excellent work results.
Due to the cooperation with manufacturers of quality components, such as HAMMELMANN® and ALLFI®, our water jet does not only work exceptionally effective but particularly energy efficient.

Thanks to its processing area of 2100 x 1520 mm, the Plesio-2015 water jet offers an ideal size. As a result, many different materials such as concrete, stone, tiles or steel can be waterjet cut. Especially when cutting sheet materials or metal sheets, the working area is ideal. And that up to a thickness of 150 mm!
Our ConstruCAM-3D design software comes along with the water jet system. This is a great advantage because this software, in addition, has the characteristics of nesting software. You can arrange your shapes in an optimised nesting plan with the help of the nesting function. In other words, it means a more efficient working method and less material consumption. At the same time, there is an increase in efficiency and time savings. This is because this procedure makes optimum use of the starting material.
At a pressure of up to 3800 bar and a flow rate of up to 4.0 litres per minute (30 kW variant), materials of the most varied thicknesses can be cut. During our internal tests, for example, we cut through a concrete block measuring 150 x 150 mm in a time of 10 minutes using the abrasive cutting method. The abrasive consumption levelled off at about 260 grams per minute when using a 0.2 mm nozzle.
Accordingly, steel and stone are not a significant challenge for our water jet system and can be quickly processed or cut up to a thickness of about 150 mm.
